How to Use

Shake gently before each use.

After birth, cleanse the perineal area with warm water or a peri bottle.

Mist the perineum as needed for soothing comfort—especially after bathroom trips, after showering, or anytime swelling or tenderness increases.

Safe to use on surface-level stitches once initial bleeding has stopped. Avoid direct use on deep or unhealed tears.

For extra cooling relief, keep the bottle in the refrigerator.

For External Use Only — Do not use internally or on open or actively bleeding wounds (including deep tearing that has not closed). Safe for use on surface-level stitches once initial bleeding has stopped.

Avoid Direct Application on Deep or Unhealed Tears — If you have a 3rd- or 4th-degree tear, or any area your provider considers an “open wound,” consult your healthcare provider before use.

Not for Use on Fresh Surgical Incisions — Do not apply directly to a C-section incision.

Check for Allergies or Sensitivities — Perform a small patch test before first use. Discontinue if redness, itching, or irritation occurs.

Essential Oil Safety — Although diluted appropriately, avoid using on areas with broken skin that are still raw. If you experience burning or sensitivity, rinse the area with lukewarm water and discontinue use.

Hemorrhoids — Generally safe for external hemorrhoids, but avoid use on thrombosed or bleeding hemorrhoids unless cleared by a provider.

If Infection Is Suspected — Signs include fever, increased pain, yellow/green discharge, foul odor, or worsening swelling. Stop use and contact your provider.
